I was never a fan of sushi before...but as my children were growing I kept telling them to try everything, and I realized some of the best advice was coming out of my own mouth...I just wasn't following it...lol. So I reset my likes and dislikes and have started trying things with out preconceived ideas of what I liked and didn't like. So many new items have been added to my menu :-)
Avocado...yummy. Fish...all kinds. Sauces...I love to experiment and make my own. Onions...I now eat the whole thing...not just the fried parts on the outside. Vegetables...in general...trying hard to set a better example. Mayonnaise...I have always ordered my burgers plain with only cheese...now I love bacon avocado burgers...with mayo.
Anyway, I guess my point is once you open your mind to the possibilities, the options are endless. All you need is a reset button in your head ;-)
